Two modes, different progress

Continue your online hero on another platform
What to do Link both platform accounts to the same Microsoft account.
Join on a friend’s device
What to do Use your own platform account where that device supports it.
Switch from offline to online
What to do Expect separate heroes; do not treat this as a save conversion.
Move or edit local files
What to do Back up first; do not overwrite a save to solve account-linking trouble.

If your hero seems to be missing

  1. Check whether you opened online or offline mode.
  2. Check the platform account and the linked Microsoft account.
  3. Return to the account and mode used for the original hero.
  4. If it still does not appear, capture the relevant screens and contact support. Keep passwords and sign-in codes out of reports.

Keep the same identity in co-op

When supported, signing in on another person’s device lets you bring your online hero. The couch co-op guide explains the local-player account choice, while crossplay covers moving between supported platforms.

Avoid speculative file edits

A first-game save path or editor is not automatically compatible with Dungeons II. Keep a backup before changing local files, and check the account and mode before attempting a transfer. For startup and account errors, work through troubleshooting; use the loadout planner to keep a separate shareable record of gear choices.

Plan the rest of your session

Capes & eligibility: Keep Hero Cape eligibility, Deluxe Soul Cape and Twisted pre-order rewards separate, with the account steps and Hero Cape deadline.
