Which purchase fits you?
Choose the base game if your immediate goal is the adventure and co-op. Choose Deluxe if you want its cosmetics and the future expansion entitlement. Compare the current price and exact bundle on your platform’s store before buying.
Hero Cape is a different reward
The Hero Cape is tied to playing the first Minecraft Dungeons and logging into Dungeons II on the same Microsoft account. It is not the Deluxe Soul Cape. Use the cape eligibility guide to keep those rewards separate.
The same party features
The Deluxe cosmetics are not required to use crossplay or couch co-op. Check supported platforms first, and use the beginner guide once you start.
