Buying for a group
Friends do not all need to choose the same platform: crossplay connects supported versions. A shared device can use couch co-op, including mixed online parties. Keep platform accounts linked to the same Microsoft account when using your online hero across devices; save modes explains the separate offline path.
Steam Deck needs its own checks

Choose hardware before cosmetics
